Inspired by Little Richard and Elvis Presley, American rocker, singer songwriter, Bob Seger likes to write songs which pertain to the blue collar worker. Bob Seger was born in Dearborn, Michigan, but grew up in the area of Ann Arbor, Michigan. Bob fronted in a three piece band called the " The Decibels".
The band disbanded and Bob joined the band "The Town Criers", Bob was part of four other bands, before going solo in 1971. In 1974, Bob formed the Silver Bullet Band. In October 1976, Bob reached commercial success with the release of the "Night Moves" album. This album went on to release many classic songs known to his fans.
Bob has released seven albums since his " Night Moves" album, not including his two live albums and three compilations albums.
