The policies and terms apply to the purchase of any tickets on this site and must be agreed upon before purchasing tickets.
After you have submitted your order PreferredSeat.com will verify the availability of those seats with our supplier before confirming your purchase and charging your credit card. We will follow up with you by phone or email and an invoice will be sent by email to you when the order is confirmed. All sales are final once the order is placed and there are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges unless the event is canceled.
Ticket prices at PreferredSeat.com are often above the printed face value of the ticket. They may also be listed below the original ticket cost. All of our tickets are subject to dynamic ticket pricing where high demand events may sell for substantially above the face value or well below if ticket sales are slow.
Internet Orders will receive two separate confirmation e-mails. The first e-mail will confirm receipt of your order; however, your ticket order is not confirmed until you receive a second e-mail confirming the completion of your order. Telephone orders are usually confirmed while you are on the phone. In addition, you will still be sent a confirmation invoice by email.
Preferredseat.com does not charge any processing fees and we have no hidden charges to inflate the prices of tickets. You pay only the cost of the tickets shown on our site and the shipping charges chosen by you.
Orders that are shipped using the Federal Express choice selected by the purchaser will require a signature. Tickets may also be emailed if that choice is available. For last minute orders special delivery methods may be necessary such as picking up the tickets at the venue Will Call window, or meeting our representative if other delivery methods are not available options.
If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, all ticket charges will be refunded to the client with the exception of shipping charges. The return of the original tickets may be necessary in some cases to Preferredseat.com. If the event is rescheduled the original tickets will be honored for the rescheduled time and date and no refunds will be given.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets and in most instances we are unable to replace or reprint them. When you receive your tickets, put them in a safe place.
Preferredseat.com absolutely guarantees that tickets purchased through our web site or over the phone are genuine and will be honored by the venue. We are members of the Better Business Bureau and we insure that all of our sources are legitimate, professional ticket sellers. Preferredseat.com accepts American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover. Your credit card is not charged until your order is confirmed. In some cases a copy of the credit card (front and back) and a completed authorization form must be submitted to Preferredseat.com.
