Your ticket order will be finalized and confirmed by phone, we do this for our customers to protect them from credit card fraud and to confirm delivery information. We will do this during our normal business hours of Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and 9:00 am to 12 noon on Saturday (Pacific Time).

Our tickets are shipped to the billing address of the card holder by Federal Express. You may also pick up your tickets at our office and in some cases we can email the tickets to you.
We guarantee the tickets you purchase will be exactly what you ordered, with no hidden service charges. Please inspect your order for accuracy when you receive your tickets and call us with any questions.
We offer a full refund for canceled shows, with the exception of shipping charges. We also offer a full refund to postponed events where the date and time are different than what you purchased the tickets for.
