Thank you for choosing Preferred Seating for your tickets today. Your ticket order will be finalized when we run your credit card charge and we will confirm with you by phone or email. We do this for our customers to protect them from credit card fraud and to confirm delivery information. We will call you during our normal business hours of Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and 9:00 am to 12 noon on Saturday Pacific Time, so please leave a contact number or email we can reach you at.There are no refunds or exchanges once your credit card has been charged.

Our tickets are shipped to the billing address of the card holder by Federal Express. You must check with us to confirm any other shipping arrangements or if the tickets are going to be emailed.
We guarantee the tickets you purchase will be exactly what you ordered, with no hidden service charges. Please inspect your order for accuracy when you receive your tickets and call us with any questions at 800 427-3914.
We offer a full refund for canceled shows, with the exception of shipping charges.*Tickets must be returned to Preferred Seating within 30 days of the cancellation for a refund. In the event of a postponed show, please hold onto your tickets until a new date is announced. Most, but not all of our tickets are sold above the face value of the ticket and the price is determined by supply and demand

Lost, stolen or damaged tickets usually cannot be replaced. Please keep your tickets in a safe place.
We are not associated with any other ticket resellers such as Ticketmaster, Tickets.com or any arena, stadium, team or artist. Many, but not all of our tickets are sold above the face value of the printed ticket. Our ticket prices are determined by market conditions and the cost to acquire them.
